When friends are out of reach
Because they are at the beach
No way to contact not even by snail mail
I feel like I'm in heart failure

Many people have an influencial teacher in life
None more than Mrs. Smejkal for me and others
Although we may complain about music theory
She does it because she wants us to grow as
Musicans
It is nice to have someone to joke around with
In and out of class
But yet when we need to get down to singing
We get down to singing
She has made me grow as a musician and as a
Person in the two years I have known her
That is why she is so influencial to me and
Others as a teacher and friend.
